Owner | Psychotherapist
I have this unique ability to see the best in everyone! Call me naïve, but I believe that EVERYONE in the world has potential. Yet, we all struggle and opening up often isn’t easy. I became a therapist to help people trust in people again, themselves included.
I believe that therapy is an amazing opportunity to be seen.. to be heard… to be understood… to be cared for… to be validated. To be YOURSELF. It’s an opportunity to sort through the pieces of your life to find yourself.

I have a BA in Spanish Education from The University of Southern Mississippi, and I earned my Master of Arts in Christian Counseling degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, NC. I am licensed in the state of NC. I have significant experience working with issues around anxiety & fear, depression, acceptance, self-compassion, family of origin, self-identity (gender, racial, sexual), life transitions, trauma and more.
My primary approach to therapy is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I enjoy spending time with friends, baking, and working out. I'm big on social justice & mindfulness, so activities like yoga and social-emotional learning are strong interests of mine. I am a creative -- I love to pull ideas together to make a finished product. Any activity that includes my niece and nephews makes almost everything else irrelevant.
My ideal client is one who comes open, willing, and ready to do the work -- both in session & out of session.
